Krystal Henry is a Baltimore-based writer and stationer who creates stationery rooted in encouragement, inspiration, and connection. When she’s not designing, she’s likely watching cooking shows, trying a new restaurant, or spending time with her family.
A mom, wife, educator, creative, and entrepreneur, Krystal understands the juggling act of everyday life and uses her work to remind women... especially Moms, that their passions matter.
A Prince George’s County native, she now lives in Baltimore with her husband and son. If you see her out and about, don’t be shy, say hey!

THE ORIGIN STORY...2020
Where ATWP began
"I couldn't find cards that felt like me — or like the women I was buying for. So I made them."
Around the Way Parchment was born in 2020 from a Motherhood blog I wrote called Around the Way Mom, after Krystal realized she couldn't find Mother's Day cards that truly reflected her mom friends' lives and experiences.
What started as 6 card designs has grown into a full stationery brand with B2B partnerships, wholesale accounts, custom commissions, and signature experiences that bring people together through the power of the written word.
Five years in, Mother's Day is still the heart of ATWP...and the reminder of why it all started.
