Store Policy

All orders for stationery are processed through the website using the secure payment methods stated. Payment information is not stored on the website, nor is it shared with ATWP. Customer mailing information, email address and contact number is securely stored with AWTP. Expect communication via email regarding supplying product reviews, reordering, the Parchment Press Newsletter, coupons and more. If you do not want to receive further emails following a purchase, follow the steps to unsubscribe.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days; this excludes holidays and weekends. Unless orders do not arrive or arrive damaged because of USPS error, all sales are final. Shipping for all products, unless otherwise stated, is processed by USPS. Greeting cards are shipped in a white thick cardboard Stayflat mailer. Please double check your shipping address is correct. Items will be mailed to the address inputted into the system at the time of checkout.  

 

All sales are final unless items do not arrive because of USPS error or if items arrive damaged. If this happens (items not arriving at all or arriving damaged , a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the payment return to be processed.
